WhatsApp Privacy Policy — TTW LLC / BrokerBot
Last updated: 12 October 2026
1. Scope and responsibility
This policy explains how TTW LLC (“TTW”, “we”, “us”), based in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, processes business communications through BrokerBot and connected WhatsApp Business accounts.
BrokerBot helps organise customer inquiries, supplier offers and related commercial records.
Privacy contact: hello@ttwcorp.com.
TTW is responsible for processing where it determines how and why information is used. Where BrokerBot processes information on behalf of another business, TTW follows that business’s agreed instructions. Contact us to identify the business responsible for your information.
2. Connected accounts
Connected accounts may be used by authorised employees or business representatives. Telephone numbers or SIM cards may be registered to individuals or other legal entities.
Accounts must be connected with the authorisation of the account holder and, where applicable, the business responsible for the correspondence. This authorisation does not replace any notice, consent or other basis required to process messages.
BrokerBot is intended for work-related correspondence. Personal messages on a connected account may also become available through the integration. Connecting an account does not grant unrestricted access to a phone’s contents.
3. Information processed
Depending on granted permissions and enabled features, we may process:
• Names, telephone numbers, WhatsApp identifiers and business contact details.
• Messages and attachments made available through the integration.
• Message identifiers, timestamps and delivery or read status.
• Product descriptions, part numbers, quantities, prices, availability, quotations and order details.
• Connected account identifiers, business profiles and message templates.
• Technical logs and authentication information needed to operate the service.
Please avoid sending sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for the business inquiry.
4. Purposes and basis for processing
We use information to organise and respond to communications, extract inquiries and supplier offers into structured records, maintain a shared business database, and support procurement, sales, customer service and follow-up activities.
Where enabled and authorised, BrokerBot also supports sending messages and managing templates. Information may be used to troubleshoot issues, protect the service, fulfil legal obligations and resolve disputes.
Depending on the activity and applicable law, processing may rely on contractual necessity, legitimate business interests, consent or legal obligations.
Automated extraction or analysis can produce errors. Relevant information should be verified before business decisions are made.
5. Access and sharing
Information may be accessed by authorised personnel and providers supporting messaging, hosting, storage, maintenance or automated processing.
Relevant information may be shared with the business responsible for a connected account under the applicable arrangements, or disclosed where required by law or necessary for legal claims.
Where external AI or automated analysis services are enabled, relevant message content may be sent to those providers to extract or organise business information.
WhatsApp and Meta process information under their own applicable terms and privacy policies. This policy describes processing by TTW through BrokerBot.
6. Retention
Information may be stored on computers or servers used to operate BrokerBot and its business database.
We retain information for as long as necessary for its business purpose, contractual commitments, legal obligations or dispute resolution. Retention depends on the type of record and the purpose concerned.
Disconnecting an account stops future collection through that connection but does not automatically delete previously stored records.
7. Security and international processing
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect information and restrict access to authorised persons. No transmission or storage method guarantees absolute security.
Supporting services may process information outside your country of residence. Where required, applicable safeguards must be used for international transfers.
8. Privacy rights and deletion
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, object to processing, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis.
Email hello@ttwcorp.com with the subject “BrokerBot Privacy Request” or “BrokerBot Data Deletion Request”.
Identify the telephone number or connected account concerned and describe your request. Do not send passwords, access tokens or verification codes.
We may verify your identity or authority. Requests will be handled within the period required by applicable law. Certain records may need to be retained for legal obligations or legal claims.
Deletion from BrokerBot does not delete information held independently by WhatsApp, Meta, another account holder or another business.
9. Updates and contact
We may update this policy when service features or processing practices change. The current version will appear on this page with an updated date.
